Lifts DGUV principle 308-002

Lifting platforms and aerial work platforms are very safety-sensitive systems. For this reason, according to DGUV Principle 308-002, they must be checked regularly and comprehensively before commissioning. The use of aerial work platforms or vehicle lifting platforms is part of everyday work in many companies. If these systems are not properly maintained or incorrectly installed, personal injury and property damage can quickly occur. To prevent accidents like this, the DGUV Principle 308-002 exists.

This specifies which types of lifting platforms belong to the scope of the DGUV principle. These are:

  • Lifts
  • Aerial work platforms
  • Tail lifts
  • Tilting platforms
  • Vehicle lifts

We are happy to support you in this and carry out the test in accordance with DGUV principle 308.002
